Pain & Symptom Management

Pain & Symptom Management is one of the primary goals of our Palliative Care services so you can feel comfortable, and your symptoms are managed, allowing you to focus on what is most important- your wellbeing.
Pain & symptoms are actively managed by a nurse & healthcare provider who will assess your medications.
Care Team will assess pain during each visit. They will use a pain rating scale, as well as the clinicians’ expertise.
It is important for the primary caregiver, family, and Care Team providers to monitor non-verbal indicators or discomfort to address the patient’s needs in an efficient manner.
After discovering new or increased signs of pain, please contact us immediately, we are here to help 24/7, weekends and holidays.
Goal is to maximize your quality of life.
