Remote Patient Monitoring

If you are unable to leave your home or currently practicing social distancing, we can accommodate telemedicine services to check in and see how you are doing. If we need to evaluate your health closer, we can mobilize care so you do not need to leave your home. We have certified laboratory and radiology technicians that come to you when you need it. This is especially beneficial for older adults or those with limited mobility, thus eliminating the need to travel for laboratory and imaging services.
